Conditions

• The viewpoint has a limited capacity of 50 people.
• Visits are scheduled at 20 minute intervals.
• A group reservation request must be carried out with a minimum of 10 working days before the intended date for the visit.
• Payment is made in full by bank transfer at the time of the scheduled group visit booking.
• Whenever a group reservation with the intention to visit the viewpoint is confirmed, a pre-reservation is made with the date and time that is indicated by the client. This pre-reservation is maintained during 5 working days, time in which the payment in full of the tickets' value must be made, or the pre-reservation will be cancelled.
• The sale is carried out and the reservation confirmed, only after the bank transfer is received.
• When the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent within 2 working days.
• The reimbursement of the purchased tickets' value is only possible in the case of the viewpoint's closure, due to security reasons or technical problems.
• Confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled.
• The dates can be altered, subject to availability, with an advance of 10 working days prior to the date of the scheduled visit.
• The request for the date's alteration must be carried out in writing by the person/entity responsible for the group.
• On your reservation request, please indicate: name, company/tour operator/agency, email address, telephone number, number of people by price scale; date and time.
